Dr. Quiroz has degrees, post graduate training and fellowships from the National University of Mexico, Universidad La Salle (Mexico City), the University of Mexico, University of Miami, Connell Medical Clinic (California), University of California at Irvine, trained surgeons in California and Mexico and has maintained Board Certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 1984. Dr. Fuentes has degrees, fellowships and post graduate training from the University of Guanajauto, Instituto Nacional de la Nutricion, Centro Medico Nacional de Occidente (Guadalajara), Connell Medical Clinic, Southwestern Medical Center and Texas University (Dallas).
