Surgical Procedures & Options
CosMed Clinic offers a variety of cosmetic surgical procedures including various body contouring, augmentations, implants, reconstructive surgeries, and medical tourism to our clinic and Medi-Spa (medical spa facilities). You can apply for financing for breast implants or for any of our surgical procedures. Some of our cosmetic surgical procedures and breast augmentations include:
- Breast augmentation – standard breast augmentation including saline or silicone; these are some of our most popular procedures and we employee various techniques to get the results that you want; we will perform an initial medical examination during our consultation and discuss your options or whether you are a candidate for the procedures
- Breast lifts (mastopexy) – additional standard procedures for tightening the skin that is losing elasticity; also, we can increase the firmness giving a better, tighter appearance, this is frequently used in conjunction with augmentations, and after pregnancies
- Breast reduction – these procedures are frequently used to help alleviate chronic back pain, or even for the sake of appearance with women with sagging breasts; this can also be a procedure to remove implants; typically these procedures require about three hours, general anesthesia, and an overnight stay in the hospital
